Erica wins! She was, officially, our first visitor in Italy. We aren't even out of temporary lodging yet! We made sure she had a taste of Italy: pizza and gelatto. The kids were so excited to have her come. They would hold her hand in the car, going up the stairs, sitting on the couch, and loved having another playmate. Erica is a trooper. I'm impressed she would live out of a backpack for so long and ride on a train for days to see us. We can't wait for another visitor (hint, hint)!
