Statues

Ella and Andrew wanted to look at this "statue" the longest. They were fascinated by his wordless entertainment.

Statue of Dante, the famous Italian poet, is known mainly for his work Divine Comedy. This is considered a masterpiece of world literature and perhaps the greatest literary work in the Italian language.

These statues are in the Boboli Gardens, which were created for the Medici. There are behind the Palazzo Pitti. We really wanted to tour the gardens (even in the rain) but were not lucky enough to get there before they closed.
